In this business, time is money, and there’s never enough of either. This is a diary of organic
farmers Penny and Roger
Webber’s working week, from their National Trust farm on the
fringes of Exmoor. Here they have their own organic farm shop and
run a mail order business. Add to this a bed and breakfast and
holiday cottage business, and you have a typical farmer’s working
week nowadays.
